Shimano GRX FC-RX600 2x Gravel Chainset
As part of Shimano’s gravel groupset, the GRX 600 Double Chainset offers high strength, low weight and excellent shifting in all conditions. The 46/30T chainrings provide great ratios for use off-road whether that is on steep climbs or fast fire roads, and it is compatible with GRX drivetrains and HollowTech II style bottom brackets. Durable aluminium crank arms and chainrings keep the weight down whilst the smart anodising brings a modern aesthetic to the design.

Great upgrade from 1X to 2X drive chain.
Rather than replacing a worn out 50t outer chainring on my 105 chainset, I took the opportunity for an extra £15 or so to swap out the chainset, moving to a GRX super compact 46/30 for my winter road bike. The swap was not as straightforward as I’d hoped as the offset is different, with the GRX rings sitting further out from the BB, so I’m right on the limit of adjustment for my 105 front derailleur. That said, it works faultlessly. Great price and quick delivery. Not 5* review as the item arrived unpackaged.
