Mavic E-XA E-MTB Mullet Wheel Set

Built specifically for the increased power, weight and demands of modern electric mountain bikes, the Mavic E XA 30 Mullet wheelset is engineered to deliver exceptional strength, control and reliability on aggressive trail rides. Featuring a 29 inch front wheel paired with a 27.5 inch rear, this mixed wheel setup combines confident rollover ability with agile handling and maximum rear wheel traction.

The 30mm internal front rim provides excellent tyre support for precise steering and predictable cornering, while the wider 35mm internal rear rim increases tyre volume, allowing lower pressures for improved grip, stability and comfort. Mavic's Pinch Flat Protection (PFP) rim profile reinforces the sidewalls to reduce the risk of tyre cuts, pinch flats and rim damage when riding rough, rocky terrain.

Constructed from lightweight Maxtal aluminium, the rims utilise Mavic's ISM 4D machining process to remove excess material while maintaining outstanding strength and stiffness. The UST Tubeless Ready design makes tubeless conversion simple, helping reduce punctures while improving traction and ride feel.

The wheelset is built around reliable QRM sealed cartridge bearing hubs with the fast engaging Instant Drive 360 freehub, providing rapid power transfer and smooth performance under the high torque loads of e bikes. Finished with 28 straight pull bladed spokes and Boost hub spacing, the E XA 30 Elite is ready for demanding trail and enduro riding.
