Optimised for rapid road racing, this terrific tubular tyre from Maxxis is full of modern technology to ensure maximum performance from start to finish.

Constructed from a 3C Triple Compound which uses three separate silica materials throughout the tread, a lower rolling resistance is achieved for a faster, more dynamic run and quality feel. With a high TPI casing and a K2 Kevlar composite breaker adding to the sturdiness and protective nature of the tyre, no road is too intimidating for this supple and speedy racer.

3C Triple Compound: Uses 3 distinct silica compounds. A higher resilience centre for low rolling resistance and progressively softer shoulders for excellent cornering grip.

K2: Available in select tires, this Maxxis exclusive fabric provides greater puncture protection than both standard Kevlar® and Vectran®. The addition of this lightweight and supple material ensures that ride quality and performance remain unsurpassed our best race-level clincher to date

Silkworm: Silkworm is an exclusive material incorporated into the casing of select models, increasing puncture and tear resistance. Silkworm is featured under the tread as a breaker.

Modular Valve System (MVS): Maxis tubular tyres are equipped with our Modular Valve System which can accommodate different rim depths. MVS stems are available in 4 lengths 48mm, 60mm (included), 80mm and 100mm and nine different colours. MVS stems also feature a removable valve core which allows the rider to add a liquid sealant to the tyre for increased puncture protection.
