Maxxis Raze Tubular SilkWorm CX / Cyclocross Tyre - 28" x 33mm
Developed for the rigours of cyclocross (CX) racing, the Maxxis Raze Tubular Road Tyre features a high-quality single compound, UCI compliant design and a folding bead for ultimate performance in the mud, snow and hardpack.

Ready for racing, this CX tyre is equipped with a versatile tread design that uses widely spaced side lugs to shed mud and a fast-rolling centre ridge. Thanks to its slightly softer single compound, it also remains pliable in cold conditions. This makes it a great choice of upgrade for many types of cyclocross courses and terrain conditions.

Silkworm: Silkworm is an exclusive material incorporated into the casing of select models, increasing puncture and tear resistance. Silkworm is featured under the tread as a breaker.

Modular Valve System (MVS): Maxis tubular tyres are equipped with our Modular Valve System which can accommodate different rim depths. MVS stems are available in 4 lengths 48mm, 60mm (included), 80mm and 100mm and nine different colours. MVS stems also feature a removable valve core which allows the rider to add a liquid sealant to the tyre for increased puncture protection.
