POC Octal is a unique road helmet that combines a unique design, low weight, perfect ventilation and maximum rider protection. The award-winning Octal helmet has been designed to take the next step in road cycling safety. It offers optimal ventilation and comfort with a weight of less than 200 grams. Increased safety is provided by greater head coverage. The EPS insert is reinforced in the most exposed places. The "unibody" construction increases safety features and structural integrity while maintaining low weight. POC has increased ventilation in a unique way and instead of using many small vents, the Octal has fewer but larger ones.
This design allows more air to flow through the helmet, resulting in better aerodynamics. A simple size adjustment system ensures a secure and comfortable fit. Coolbest padding helps reduce the temperature at the interface between the helmet and the head.
