Schwalbe's Big Betty is back! Schwalbe have brought the legendary Big Betty back up to date with everything a modern tyre needs. Using the latest technology, the Big Betty makes for a great tyre that is best used out back with a more aggressive tread tyre up front.

Big Betty is a great rear tyre for a range of conditions from damp to dry, offering incredible breaking and cornering traction, working well with Schwalbe's much loved Magic Mary as a front tyre. The Big Betty has wide, long and well supported centre tread blocks for aggressive bite when braking while providing excellent traction when climbing too. The super blocky shoulder tread blocks grip tenaciously too, with the open nature of the tread digging into soft, wet and dusty surfaces. 

Schwalbe prides itself on using the very latest technologies and the Big Betty features their latest Super Downhill and Super Gravity casings, which provide excellent puncture resistance and are super durable. Schwalbe's much lauded Addix rubber compounds are used to provide excellent grip and durability too. If you want a versatile, tough and grippy rear tyre for your downhill or enduro bike, go big or go home with Betty!
