The Schwalbe Fat Albert has a robust SnakeSkin sidewall and high pressure resistant knobs. Durability was more important to Schwalbe than shaving off every last gram of excess weight. The new profile and compound have been designed specifically for both the front- and rear wheel. The TrailStar compound was used in the front wheel for maximum control.

ADDIX Soft: ADDIX SOFT is a compound that bridges many disciplines. It’s just as at home in the enduro and downhill world as it is in the demanding discipline of all-mountain and trail riding. It also impresses when used in combination with other ADDIX tires – more speed: Soft on the front, Speedgrip on the back. Or more damping: Ultra Soft on the front, Soft on the back.  

Snakeskin: Road, MTB and Hybrid Sidewall Protection – SnakeSkin is a monofilament fabric on the sidewall of the tyre which provides the best cut protection for sidewalls.

TL-Easy: Schwalbe Tubeless Easy technology enables riding pleasure without a tube, even for high-pressure tires.
