Shimano Alivio M4050 3 Speed STI Shifter Lever 

Shimano Alivio Rapidfire Plus shift-/brake levers 3x9-speed with easily readable, optical gear display & 2 finger brake lever for hydraulic disc brakes. Thanks to the ergonomic shape of the levers effortless, long trips are possible. The built-in rubber shock absorbers ensures low-noise operation. The shift levers support the MEGA-9 LITE drive and are ideally suited for a variety of driving styles and requirements.

2-Way Release allows different riding styles or shifting (indexfinger or thumb) from various riding positions. The upper lever still performs the same function, but now it swings both ways. Pull it with your finger or push it with your thumb - you choose.
