Direct replacement for my old cassette at a good price. They seem to have most parts for bikers & are easy to deal with.

Cassette is not xd driver threaded to screw onto free hub so cannot be fitted to my wheel. I’m sure I ordered the xd driver correct version but you have sent wrong thread on type where rings are individual rather than fixed together. Just went to fit new cassette unwrapped supplied cassette and realised it is of no use. Also arrived without any box or identification from sram. Box code would have alerted me to the part being wrong type. I guess sports and leisure are not a proper bike shop so have doubts that you will understand why this cassette is not suitable. I will have to re-order from a proper bike shop. What do you want me to do with this in order to get a refund please.
