How long will it take for you to answer my question?

Not Long!

We pride ourselves on having lightning-fast response times and as a result plan reply to 98% of our customer enquiries within 1 day, however, if it is the weekend this may sometimes take longer. If you are looking for an answer to your question immediately, feel free to phone our customer services department.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Do you offer International Postage?

Yes, absolutely!

We offer worldwide postage to almost anywhere and everywhere if there is no price on the item you have selected, get in touch via our contact us page and we will be sure to send you through a quote within the same day.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

On the same day!

If you place your order before 3 pm on any weekday we will dispatch your order the very same day! Anything after this time will be despatched the next day. Please note: this applies to the working week i.e. Monday – Friday and dispatch times may vary following a bank holiday.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Mainland UK: from to 1 to 5 working days (depending which postage option is selected)

Europe: Up to 7 - 21 days

Worldwide: 14 - 30 days.

If you have not received your order within these times, please do not hesitate to contact us through our contact us page and we will follow it up for you.

How much does it cost to post to my country?

Not much!

We keep in touch with our postage supplier regularly and trawl the market to ensure that we are offering the best delivery services at the best prices for our customers. Some items and country combinations, however, do require a specific quote, so if an item that you have selected to purchase does not appear to post to your location, please get in contact via our contact us page and we will be sure to send you through a quote within the same day.

Why do my purchases sometimes arrive in different boxes, jiffy envelopes, or bags?

Here at Sport and Leisure, we don’t only believe in sports such as cycling, we also believe hugely in Recycling and caring for our planet. Due to our ethical considerations towards the environment, we quite often use recycled packaging to send your item meaning that the outer packaging will often vary.

Can I click & collect my item?

Of course! Just follow these simple steps:

 1. Select Click & Collect at checkout.

 2. Wait for us to let you know when your order is ready to collect (this is usually within an hour of your purchase).

 3. Head over and collect your item (please note collections are only during working hours).

Is it safe to use my personal and payment data on your website?

 It sure is. We only use trusted third-party payment processors such as Shop Pay & Paypal. As a result, we don't store any payment data, just your order details, which we handle in line with our GDPR regulations.

If you prefer, we’d be very happy to take your order over the phone. Just have a payment card ready.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques as a form of payment, we do however accept many other forms of payment:

Can I pay in another currency? What’s the conversion rate?

Yes, you can. 

We operate in pounds sterling, which means your card or payment provider will do the converting into your own currency.

Please note: The conversion rate and any conversion charges are set by your provider, so they will be the best to provide information on this.

Can I have a VAT receipt?

No problem! Just follow these simple steps:

 1. Get in contact with us using our live chat or using the details on our contact us page.

 2. Select VAT receipt request as the topic & supply your order details: name, email address, order number and date.

 3. Sit back and wait! You will receive your VAT receipt within 24 hours of your request.

Returns

What conditions do goods need to be returned in

All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase - complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition.

No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so your refund may take some time to process.

Are there any items I can't return?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept the returns of undergarments or swimwear if these items have been worn. We understand you would like to try clothing on for sizing and fit, but please make sure you wear undergarments when trying on for size.

Our Returns Department will inspect your items before issuing a refund to ensure your item is unworn and in a resalable condition.

Will you send me a return label?

It depends on the circumstances of the return, please contact us for more information.

How do I return larger items?

For larger items such as frames, forks & wheels please get in contact with us and we will assist you with your return.
