Returns & Exchange

Here at S&L, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we do everything to make sure that is happening. We inspect everything thoroughly before we send it out and carefully package everything to prevent damage. However, sometimes we understand that things don't always go to plan and sometimes even if everything goes right some people change their mind,  so if this happens, here's what you can do about it. 

Steps:

  • 2) Carefully package your item

    With your return form enclosed

  • 3) Add a label & post the item

    To the address on displayed on the return form.

What conditions do goods need to be returned in

All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase - complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition.

For orders returned outside of this period, a gift card will be issued at the value of the order.

If items are returned incomplete, missing parts or with damaged packaging, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund.

No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so your refund may take some time to process.

Are there any items I can't return?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept the returns of undergarments or swimwear if these items have been worn. We understand you would like to try clothing on for sizing and fit, but please make sure you wear undergarments when trying on for size.

Our Returns Department will inspect your items before issuing a refund to ensure your item is unworn and in a resalable condition.

How do I return larger items?

For larger items such as frames, forks & wheels please get in contact with us and we will assist you with your return.

Can you collect my return?

Yes, although there is a charge. Our collection service is an all day service running from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, we are unable to advise on a specific collection time slot.

You will need to let our team member know the following:

  • What available collection dates are suitable for you
  • The online order number
  • The collection address

If you are not at home when we try to collect, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
