Here at S&L, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we do everything to make sure that is happening. We inspect everything thoroughly before we send it out and carefully package everything to prevent damage. However, sometimes we understand that things don't always go to plan and sometimes even if everything goes right some people change their mind,  so if this happens, here's what you can do about it.

With your return form enclosed

3) Add a label & post the item

To the address on displayed on the return form.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase - complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition.

No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so your refund may take some time to process.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept the returns of undergarments or swimwear if these items have been worn. We understand you would like to try clothing on for sizing and fit, but please make sure you wear undergarments when trying on for size.

Our Returns Department will inspect your items before issuing a refund to ensure your item is unworn and in a resalable condition.
