My old dropper on my Trek had a lot of play in it and was getting slow so I bought this one at a good price as it was only for my analogue second bike. Fitting was easy although I retained the cable out as I couldn’t pass it past the bottom bracket so just fitted the new inner cable. The only poor part was the lever which I didn’t use sticking with the Bontrager original. The dropper works really well and I would use this again.

Great dropper for a steal of a price. Comes up a tad quick so watch the Crown Jewels but it really is great value and quality. Quick delivery too.
Works as it should only issues a had with it are it was missing that black bit on the cable to sit in the bottom of the post, only other thing is the leaver it works but feels a bit flimsy that’s just down to preference over all for £60 absolute bargain and works as it should

Great item,was a little slow at first but after a few drops it worked loose and has worked great since. Totally recommended
Wire frayed so unable to install the dropper as just keeps fraying further. Emailed you the week it arrived faulty asking if you could send a replacement wire if that was possible and have had no response
Doesn’t lift or drop without a lot of help, stays stuck in position. Basically doesn’t work, will request a refund.

Well packaged, delivered on time and i was kept up to date with the progress. However, the instructions linked with this product are the wrong ones and we're somewhat misleading. The barrel part show at the bottom of the dropper post actually goes in the hole in the lever to clamp the end of the wire. Other than that great product works great with my bike.
