Do you offer International Postage?

Yes, yes, yes! Through eBay's GSP We offer worldwide postage to almost anywhere and everywhere if there is no price on the item you have selected, get in touch via our 'contact us' button at the top right of the screen and we will be sure to send you through a quote within the same day.

How much does it cost to post to my country?

It depends! We use eBay's Global Shipping Programme to dispatch our overseas orders which enables us to offer a fully tracked service to a multitude of countries. If you go through and purchase the item, as usual, the postage should automatically be added to your basket. This great service provides end to end tracking and no surprise fees when your product is delivered. If your country is not available within the GSP postage option please get in touch with us and we can provide a same day postage quote.

Why do my purchases sometimes arrive in different boxes, jiffy envelopes, or bags?

Think green! Here at Sport and Leisure, we don’t only believe in sports such as cycling, we also believe hugely in REcycling and caring for our planet. Due to our ethical considerations towards the environment, we quite often use recycled packaging to send your item meaning that the outer packaging will often vary.

Here at S&L, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we do everything to make sure that is happening. We inspect everything thoroughly before we send it out and carefully package everything to prevent damage. However, sometimes we understand that things don't always go to plan and sometimes even if everything goes right some people change their mind, so if this happens, here's what you can do about it.

Can I return my product?

Yes, however. all goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition. No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept the returns of undergarments if these items have been worn. We understand you would like to try clothing on for sizing and fit, but please make sure you wear undergarments when trying on for size.

How do I return a product?

1. Create an eBay return or get in touch with us to let us know that you would like to return your product.
2. Package your product up and add the following information so that we can process the return once we received it: Buyer username, order number and the reason for the return.
