The FSA MTB Megatooth Chainring is designed for mountain bike single-chainring drivetrains, featuring a 36-tooth configuration for 1x11-speed setups. Its Megatooth technology uses a narrow-wide tooth profile to improve chain engagement and help prevent the chain from dropping when riding over rough terrain.
The alternating thick and thin teeth engage more securely with the chain, providing dependable chain retention without the need for a conventional front derailleur. This makes it a practical replacement chainring for maintaining the performance of a compatible MTB drivetrain.
