Clearly brand new, must have been stored for a while as was stiff and there was a scraping noise on actuation. I had to disassemble the dropper, clean and apply fresh grease (sram butter) now works perfectly. Side note from time of order to actual shipping was inordinately long. But as it was free I can accept that. Overall the product works, it was a bargain so no real complaints.

Goods arrived all okay, dismayed no instructions on how to fit dropper seatpost. Doesn’t seem to do what it’s supposed to do it stays up , I have to push it down by hand & it pops back up? So it’s not working how it should? Hand lever was a MMX whatever that is? Again no instructions just take my money & sell. A few more installation details would be nice both online with the product being sold or some instructions even via QR code would help people. Very disappointed & I can’t use it ?
