Mavic E-Deemax Limited Edition Audi E-MTB Mullet Wheel Set

A seriously distinctive set of Mavic E Deemax wheels, combining Mavic’s proven E MTB wheel technology with a rare Audi branded finish. Designed specifically for the demands of electric mountain bikes, this limited edition wheelset offers a strong, capable platform for aggressive trail, all mountain and enduro riding.

The mullet configuration combines a 29 inch front wheel with a 30mm internal rim width and a 27.5 inch rear wheel with a wider 35mm internal rim width. This combination is particularly well suited to E MTB riding. The larger front wheel provides excellent rollover capability, stability and confident steering, while the smaller and wider rear provides increased agility, tyre support and traction.

The wider 35mm rear rim also allows larger volume tyres to be well supported at lower pressures, helping maximise rear wheel grip under the increased power and torque of an E MTB. Up front, the 30mm internal width provides an excellent balance of tyre support and precise handling.

Mavic's E Deemax platform is engineered around the additional loads associated with electric mountain bikes, combining strong aluminium rims, robust spokes and Mavic hubs for dependable performance on demanding terrain.

Mavic's Pinch Flat Protection technology uses an optimised rim sidewall profile designed to reduce the risk of tyre cuts and pinch punctures. Fore tubeless technology creates a sealed rim bed without conventional spoke holes passing through the upper rim bridge, removing the need for traditional tubeless rim tape.

At the centre of the wheels are Mavic branded hubs, with the rear using Mavic's Instant Drive 360 freehub system for fast engagement and reliable power transfer.

The special Audi finish sets these wheels apart from conventional E Deemax wheelsets, with Audi four ring branding incorporated into the rim graphics alongside distinctive Mavic hub detailing.
