Maxxis Velocita AR 700c TR Wide Road Tyre 700 x 40c

Maxxis has taken the proven design of the Velocita tubular tire for the Velocita All Road and widened it. The diamond profile in the middle of the tire transitions at the edges into a lamella profile, which brings safety and stability during cornering. Riders looking for a lightweight, fast-rolling, high-volume semi-slick tire for gravel should strike at the Velocita AR.

Dual Compound: Two different rubber compounds are blended into one tread strip. Maxxis develops the ratio of the compounds according to the tire's desired characteristics in each case.
 
EXO Protection: This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of countless Maxxis tires. It is very tightly woven, lightweight and extremely flexible, which guarantees consistent and superior performance as well as good puncture protection.
 
Tubeless Ready: Tubeless operation allows you to ride with lower tire pressure, less rolling resistance and high puncture protection. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealant than other Tubeless tires on the market. The bead is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a real UST Tubeless tire. Thus, the assembly is successful with all rims with standard dimensions already at the first inflation and with little liquid.
