The Rotor Aero Round Outer Chainring is designed for road cycling, time trials and triathlon, combining a traditional round tooth profile with an aerodynamic design. Its streamlined outer surface helps reduce air resistance compared with conventional open-spoke chainrings, making it particularly suitable for performance-focused road and time trial bikes.
Manufactured from aluminium, the chainring provides a rigid platform for efficient power transfer and precise front shifting. The round profile delivers a familiar, consistent pedalling feel, while the aerodynamic construction offers an alternative to conventional chainring designs.
Designed for double chainring setups, this 56T outer chainring uses a 110 BCD four-bolt mounting pattern. It is suitable for compatible Rotor and Shimano cranksets, with 11 and 12-speed Shimano drivetrain compatibility.
