Shimano Deore M6100 12 Speed Shadow+ Rear Derailleur
The Deore M6100 Shadow Plus 12-speed rear derailleur is awesome value for money and offers dependable shifting performance and durability. The SLX and XT options are a bit flashier but because the performance from the Deore is so close to those we feel that for a majority of people this is the better option.
Shadow plus features a super low profile design and optimized slant angle for super light shifting action. Shadow Plus uses a chain stabilising switch that when on will reduce chain bounce in rough terrain maintaining more stable drive and shifting. The single tension spring prevents contact with the chainstay resulting in a silent ride

- Direct cable routing prevents snagging from any trail side hazards

- Top normal spring uses the spring to select higher gears

Unfortunately it arrived scratched, that's why it's a one star review...won't affect the performance as I've already had two of these 12 speed Deore derailleurs and they are pretty bomb proof, just a shame it arrived scratched. Note that they don't arrive in any Shimano packaging.

For under 30 quid (posted) I have no complaints. Easy to install. Works well. No comment on longevity because I smashed its identical predecessor on a rock before it had time to wear out…
