The Shimano SLX FH-M7110-B Rear Hub is designed for 12-speed mountain bike drivetrains, combining reliable performance with Shimano's MICRO SPLINE freehub technology. Built for frames with 12 x 148mm Boost rear axle spacing, it provides a dependable foundation for modern MTB wheel builds.
The MICRO SPLINE freehub body features smaller, closely spaced splines, allowing compatibility with Shimano 12-speed MICRO SPLINE cassettes, including those with a 10T smallest sprocket. Shimano's Centre Lock disc rotor mounting system provides a secure rotor interface and simplifies installation and removal compared with traditional six-bolt systems.
The hub incorporates Shimano's cup-and-cone bearing system for smooth rotation and serviceability. Available in both 28-hole and 32-hole configurations, it offers flexibility when building or replacing a rear mountain bike wheel.
