Shimano SM-CD800-D
Description
Description
The Shimano SM-CD800-D is a lightweight direct mount chain guide designed to improve chain retention and provide a more stable drivetrain on modern 1x mountain bike setups. Its optimised guide design is compatible with Shimano HG 12-speed chains, helping keep the chain securely engaged with the front chainring when riding over rough and technical terrain.
The D-type direct mount design provides a clean, compact installation, while screw adjustment makes setup straightforward. Compatible with chainrings from 30T through to 38T, it is a practical addition to Shimano 12-speed MTB drivetrains where additional chain security is required.
