The Shimano RT-CL800 Ice Tech Center Lock Rotor delivers top-tier braking performance, combining XT/Ultegra-level precision with advanced heat management technology for consistent, fade-free stopping power.
This rotor’s innovative 3-layer stainless steel–aluminium–stainless steel sandwich design rapidly dissipates heat, dropping surface temperatures by up to 50°C — and when paired with Ice Tech pads, temperatures can fall from ~400°C to ~300°C, dramatically boosting performance and control.
- Cooling fins extend the alloy core beyond the braking surface for even greater heat dispersion
- Ice Tech construction ensures long pad life, reduced noise, and minimal brake fade under sustained braking
