Vittoria Corsa N.EXT Folding Road Tyre

The Vittoria Corsa N.EXT Folding Tyre has been developed for riders who demand race level performance with the added benefit of long lasting durability. Designed for high mileage and demanding road conditions, it combines Vittoria’s advanced Graphene and Silica compound with a robust nylon carcass to deliver excellent rolling efficiency, confident grip, and extended service life.

At its core, the 2C Graphene and Silica compound enhances speed and control, particularly through the centre of the tread where efficiency matters most. This is paired with a 100 TPI nylon carcass that prioritises strength and resilience, making it ideal for riders who want consistent performance over time without sacrificing reliability.

Puncture protection is a key focus, with a triple layer nylon construction through the centre of the tyre alongside an integrated Protection Belt and Bead Shield. This ensures increased resistance against road debris while maintaining a supple and responsive ride feel. As a modern addition, the tyre also features a printed QR code, allowing quick access to technical information and product support.

Graphene + Silica: By combining Graphene with Silica, a material that specifically improves the performance of road tires in the center of the tread, a high-performance compound has been created that provides longer mileage, better grip, as well as lighter weight.

Nylon carcass: Nylon is a tough and durable synthetic fiber traditionally used for strong tire carcasses. Nylon threads are thicker than cotton threads, so the carcass has a lower number of threads per inch. The advantage of a nylon carcass is that it is strong, durable and has a longer life. However, because it is a synthetic fiber, it is not as supple as cotton.
